Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ) N2 ]; ]% c, P# m$ X
of Course Pack production.3 n, D1 ~+ p& e4 I7 E. u- K% g

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% V/ \0 D; @1 }2 V( A1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
7 J' _% D U0 S: B: }$ \5 Q; Tof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
& [% h3 G9 m# D3 z# f8 W9 ?( h
4 I$ U- H% |8 x) [ `& O0 _2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 5 z) H7 _; G3 b9 r M$ N$ k
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
' k" C' W) Q# O+ q0 G' z: n
5 Y7 o. _9 S# o' T3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
& D; d: A6 e3 ^+ kcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and : ]4 B9 I, P+ n
keeping appropriate and accurate records.# f; r0 N! e8 {6 c# f1 d

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
' T% }2 _4 y* v8 p' d8 e9 Q5 f4 Kfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 8 Y2 L+ m7 O# @$ k- J$ l5 Y) u4 u
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
( W9 M( M* {+ b* g) { e6 E2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

# t: v5 ]5 |+ O7 H3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.! U$ K- j9 E. ^

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
