DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 G2 F2 q1 z5 t2 j. g7 d" ^0 V1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
% B. r* N, @ i. a; pof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
! _2 P8 ^1 t9 G6 m$ O" I5 d3 u. W. G3 a# j) ~, M; K( I# E
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 4 {4 O. P$ x4 M* s' Y
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
) y" ^# x% Z8 x. c& U5 I/ g6 x' Y% t* @7 ?& U/ q$ S! E
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
$ p/ ^/ m Y. ~5 M% J/ L7 Dcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
8 N5 T- e, n" q ^5 Wkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

8 i" i0 g* d) t$ y2 ]' t0 I& D+ R5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, + E! `& c% V X5 N) Q/ a2 Q

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 0 {& \8 \; Z6 L" m# ?

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
