JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
' R1 C8 r4 l" ~/ USU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
9 |0 Z& K3 q0 F" y* e" a5 @( [Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects & ~0 U( V, b$ @+ K
of Course Pack production.$ J/ h& \8 @6 c" W
$ ]1 W" k: A9 _: O0 Y5 GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" r1 q+ v& Q: H/ ^1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
9 A4 E- X7 R: {; O' W7 v, A3 Sof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.) h6 P7 f* M% {# v( R
) j9 M8 k% f7 U$ \# K
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
( [ M/ O# m& p! u8 m9 kprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.5 t: X5 |6 e% x8 L9 ?

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
; V; H8 \' u' l* ^- |course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment & L% T! H5 r0 D2 m5 @. T

( e. @8 B0 j0 B8 C6 U. g3 p5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.: g% }, @5 i. K2 M: x
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful." O9 r4 ]2 T+ l
