SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical

2 i5 s5 i3 g0 V6 zDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:, G1 x$ @' G# r/ n
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning : h7 g6 E2 L7 ^5 |' N9 g o
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.' I: H8 I8 T O5 p) G5 H- F( l
" m* c/ C5 P) E! Q/ E
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including / T6 Z; T/ m) J5 K9 E0 d0 r y
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.9 N: u3 Y" w. f
k3 w8 o* \, g, F' `% Y* |* j3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
, A+ p' S' f& rcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 2 `$ ?# H7 f' @, C" ]" R5 G- p

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:
7 O6 G3 A# V8 j: s7 P1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.7 P6 U$ d- W* p9 a
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication / {6 E2 p. ]5 d" a
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.9 I+ i M E3 L/ {+ F5 Q- n
5 }% f* P8 w( b% J4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
