SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
, b0 Q4 F W. wSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
9 M' W0 Q6 h' E) u( Nof Course Pack production.

0 X6 w8 T' y" Q+ }5 ~( q) mDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:& c4 f0 h" h/ u) G y( G
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' v0 T) f% d$ A& w1 @9 mof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
9 v; G; F- m5 V% Y( t7 J' b4 A; L6 m# T" c/ Q1 ]$ q
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
- ^- n- t$ L$ X! C3 q3 Eprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.8 L3 t6 ~' K* |4 d( Q! v) x
* }4 ?3 f, M9 s& A- X3 ^2 g1 M, f
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
' j1 v _$ B' U3 ncourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
! N7 W5 N n" q, B% wkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

' d& `8 S3 G( e6 H4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
$ \, A4 I; @# d8 m1 ]0 V4 ?2 G' Hfailures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

# ]$ S# r: P+ n; f8 ~! H5 e3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
