& H* S, Q* S3 \SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
^5 w% G! N+ S' {( o7 D0 r# C [Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ! p! ^7 r7 g! ?- b
of Course Pack production.% F6 @* ]$ V3 ] x
6 L6 E+ t, x* gDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
; N; g& {: S2 j$ f2 C1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning % W2 X6 C8 s4 S0 R9 P1 g% e* e
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
6 r) s& g2 o+ @2 L% p* c1 Q3 V
9 X4 a& G p+ h' n: m; i! y1 [2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
6 [# g! j6 \7 @5 Z' _% Iprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.+ P& s! F- t! u8 s k
5 y, Q3 Y* N: e4 b" x9 g3 C, _
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
: ?7 @' p$ X1 U8 P" b- pcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
5 |. d# z# S! V+ I2 q+ Q. akeeping appropriate and accurate records.

failures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

) X) }) [3 ?+ Y4 h9 h3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
