Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

* n2 O6 ?) d. @( `; jassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
9 Q4 }4 y" u% E3 mgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
: m1 _; e9 L+ e0 Z1 F3 @! c1 xprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
% I* h, U: [- H/ j% l. w* `" Yassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

3 z& ^3 |  K, r% _. [Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
