group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
3 H6 o6 a, n% J, V, V, [people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
2 @% Q8 Q4 a/ Q# s( s* ~assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
) d! h: U; {2 ?9 v7 Sgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
' D+ R, P4 i2 v2 l0 M4 dprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

! Z! q" I7 p7 `: U: ^2 s8 M* dAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
1 T( j" ~$ H. s2 v5 q2 B2 R# gsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
