As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
0 c6 m9 `1 G. I' T" Vassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
* j4 {- [: Q8 x  ^: C( ~group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
5 c, L5 n- x/ ~4 n/ q6 _process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
  p7 j% C8 k7 D0 U* A5 eassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

4 S- N& h- `, I) H( o4 ]+ eQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
