Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
- j. q  ?- I3 Z$ ]$ Q, Y- z6 ~: U0 k6 @experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
% E8 v  N* U4 X/ a2 `( Q- ?( ncoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
; G* s2 N. v0 C. _% W9 A) s/ Limplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

related HRMIS software.

consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
; X& @/ R$ \( }/ W7 \$ k" \& `unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
