Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
8 B# x8 U: R2 ?work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft) i3 N9 t) F( ?2 N0 d0 r0 [6 O& n
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
) v1 h/ Q1 P' PChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the2 j% X* ^& M2 v4 m$ z" [
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
9 Q: D/ H9 o0 d. t" jEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
+ P8 e6 X: o" evisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

! n9 [/ ^: C6 \% U5 J- N! D* J" |, YFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
! k& V1 U7 x# S* Z* X, O: ]part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.& Q; z$ C3 i+ m* V
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
0 _3 }' J" U6 H% r# V Sthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late, {7 Z6 V* | V" o
hours are part of this crew’s duties.3 ]) L3 t: j0 ~8 \& O# M% C9 ?
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the L$ J c6 s, K2 G+ d: S) W: s
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
- A+ M: ^( W* ~ q& ^programs to visitors to the festival.
' a/ y) ?1 O# V$ ~) FKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
$ \/ ^) ~: E1 [everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
6 q! X4 S$ V; Q/ l$ \Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed# u( s( w& f/ b5 u* m0 j
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the
H7 E& q: t6 o0 afestival.
: E& ~& i" A+ `+ {Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is, a3 q3 y/ G9 @) j$ i* P! l
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you! o- @: p$ j. ?- _
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.8 W# S: E' u7 Y. ^" p
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
# Q1 Q: o- z8 R/ z. A( @and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
/ Z$ f: i k" l9 v. Q* Z7 |9 aTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be8 ~3 B1 A' i: e
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as9 M& C6 M. `9 V1 X5 q
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
7 F3 e# J$ T% \' [7 qstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
