Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

E) t C, u4 {7 O- r$ PBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and9 o ~0 g9 z2 ]& w6 N3 ~
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft/ @* i9 ]) x( q( I
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.4 f/ o2 J2 G: ?* v( }* A
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the9 ^/ @0 a; u3 p! L( `; h
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.7 B9 ^2 p$ I+ D) F2 Z
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
' K4 f8 H1 R- W, Q' n* ^; b- Zvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
, N' D. z. r6 `1 E3 a# vrecyclables.; z. k9 i( w0 ~4 `) X( N, a
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
1 \0 {0 [) z& Z1 ~; P5 v& epart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.& D7 P3 o: E# p5 ]
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing9 m' O$ F# o: X0 f: b& b3 H
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late2 Z/ S, c' a0 i- E% e
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
' _! E: j; c& x! s7 \! h! MInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
0 {. t8 O5 Y0 |& x0 U- O1 p; Rfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
- v* L( x; K; l0 x2 ^' Cprograms to visitors to the festival.# t, n4 U$ j/ O I, V2 D
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for. d" U* P3 U2 y
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.

, l; _% U. @9 F3 ]' w4 M b+ yevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

0 E' F- E Y" [& ^Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is( e8 H9 D& ^( h2 D \6 P
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you, v6 |3 `* H8 N- e; ~, K5 @% V9 H
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.! |1 D- [* v! s/ |2 a
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training2 G' c/ Y$ G+ N0 K
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
: O9 Q, ^' p9 eTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
; F0 F R2 t6 Urequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as$ I# l6 M ~; t0 P2 a
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival2 Q# i" p K$ `, w9 b8 W; L; E
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
