Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

2 M/ ?+ @1 X- t! G- b; RBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
+ t6 a) j1 B, a- mwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
7 S$ P3 l$ R/ V" jprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.! Z- d3 E/ p- c# _ Y2 t1 O
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the2 z- Q1 n- z4 ?3 i7 h" F- |# b
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
! H/ D: G7 `% [$ T' b- h) DEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
* O4 p! t F: J; h) zvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the: F; `0 z1 C1 a0 E
recyclables.
3 E! C: q7 v+ p( NFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be: C; o. @. k+ O/ d( L9 Z! v+ e
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
# s7 U3 v6 K2 u% yHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing. K5 J' U2 [7 }6 d c+ M
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late8 p ^+ B$ R: L0 ~$ p
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
& l- f: O6 R2 b3 _# qInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the: s; B. ]6 u2 k J0 A
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide) U5 L+ G- a3 |$ J w
programs to visitors to the festival.+ D4 Q- C+ ]7 Z5 K4 R; E# B
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
9 _8 y' w- s6 I" jeveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.( \% E3 n$ {8 D; P
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
5 Z4 z7 T6 r0 R% o* ^3 J/ Aevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
' ]' ~, T e2 i4 u% {+ z4 g8 yoperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
( n2 `1 ], o1 l/ P9 Care physically fit and ready for any emergency.
6 X; ]6 Y5 F& v" J ]. X0 y; PStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training: ~% K/ w* v7 t6 w7 o9 v
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
/ K8 K! ]' S* a; S) S+ YTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
. }/ }9 C# v1 d, i n) x# _8 Mrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
3 p0 C9 J2 z5 A1 y3 M: Iairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival3 l9 I0 i& ^2 ^# \" q
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
