Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and. _3 \1 v& G, ^
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
2 ?4 u$ E/ z8 N( C. m* G- D7 Cprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up., u( F3 F( }$ D- w
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the7 c I. @+ d# \ v
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
- D, e3 C0 y; U1 UEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for+ [5 S. |. k$ [
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be; K" B: ^ O H: i. V0 n1 I n
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
* G5 @; q: u* R; p3 `2 p- X* EHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing. `5 Z, H- S& W, h3 L# i: [
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
& y! x. E% a0 f$ S- n% D& r9 ^hours are part of this crew’s duties.
! Z8 T/ z1 V7 M$ m2 ?! @1 hInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
6 L' n1 ^0 n- G/ zfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
3 C- n9 K& G1 a9 f( i. g, s! ~4 }programs to visitors to the festival.
x& K$ t; X1 ?3 R8 LKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
$ E4 |' H$ C& k M: ~9 J8 I+ x% ]! N3 Ceveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.* k- W, V/ K( `* V4 r& t
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
8 E# U( D- W' C4 Y$ _& x3 x) c# cevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the) O ?$ A u7 \. V* s2 v7 e8 ^
festival.. V3 j/ ?6 I( @. ]* I+ {) Z
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is8 E/ F! z2 Q* C, L( w8 n
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you3 |) f' }! b1 b2 h. G9 \
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.. O* G. O. U' M& Z& _7 Y1 k
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training+ a+ ?: U/ X) X, q
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.0 f, r( w( M: R
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be9 @8 N6 c1 T& X X+ B
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as2 O5 \9 z7 [6 n& X6 M! s: W1 T
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival0 n$ m- |+ h' [: C. H H. O
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
