Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the
2 b3 x4 j" ^4 ]. ?7 s, hfestival.# X7 h& D$ J0 q
Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and: G( p+ [5 ?+ Z I6 F/ s% M, i
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft0 e4 _( D, _! O! ^' V+ Y6 p
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.% u* i8 a' d8 u+ w( N; s/ u
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the- L6 O& @! m4 {2 W1 I, Z" i
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.9 M* |+ B# P% K' C/ f" u: u) w
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for+ Y" x: W! R. f% Z* t% [. e
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

* E7 T3 K8 U* S' K8 b3 RFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
2 o7 t: U% S1 T+ ? d7 ]1 W, Ipart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.3 Z* `5 k' x' ~
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
: \9 n- Q1 I* m: f4 C& d8 othem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late" g( Z0 H5 M' E9 b" B: q5 Q
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
4 M- ^( [$ F4 Y$ n* ~% v6 f/ {6 ]Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the1 o* Z- w, ^, o3 r6 A' d" ]
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
0 H/ i1 j. ^$ R! Oprograms to visitors to the festival.2 V' A! n0 L5 X4 P |, s
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for1 C4 V1 {( F R7 |8 s7 V* B% `8 {
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
/ D C3 P$ R0 _' T; {Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed( y- w1 r- h! w0 v6 x& @2 z
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the5 O0 Y9 C8 i/ Z% G, k7 k
festival.! c6 J3 ?8 V6 X2 [
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is- w b9 q M' U J
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you/ m$ B1 J9 v8 e
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.1 S' Z; t4 P7 h7 k& G3 S
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
& c q& q9 d1 J8 _and/or understanding of back stage procedures.+ J8 ^. Z H- M
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be1 e- w/ e! ~/ b1 M4 s
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as7 ~7 E$ L; O- w: v
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
