DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
% w# {9 [+ {) X. {(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
: }' U8 z) T8 L6 Lpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. R. `& S- E$ r) {' p8 B1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

0 Z3 m" u" g( B1 n3 I' m+ |3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
3 z* X" R6 }% y, V; {2 L. U2 fof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

# j. S  [1 V- }9 D2 _1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
+ J  C  p7 i0 jof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
