" l9 v  m  U- N  \+ J; K* b0 @JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
, E: v+ c7 w4 y(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
/ W6 E+ Q$ L) v: p& s' H8 land are University affiliated.

4 w% E8 q6 A7 {6 ^% H' E# h4 G2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

6 s& M7 y  _+ p3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

3 E& @) b5 H2 G; D/ M4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
+ s7 ]/ Z1 }) oconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

- z2 H2 \4 a3 \6 z5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
& z# o& |3 h1 ^, H6 y  ?area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

3 I; U+ X$ G( q/ E1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

) H1 K" ~- C* [. s* i2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
. z7 F( B0 U6 S4 Vof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

* ^- N9 O4 m4 h2 Q# m$ K; `8 J4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
