$ v) t5 E& H( m/ @- CJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

$ H' t8 ]/ [" w; E1 [DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
1 b8 n* D3 j+ d! I; Fand are University affiliated.

( B8 L. N& {# ?2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

9 ?8 L$ @$ [1 g& `/ ?3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

" ?, x' C5 t: ~1 @% r4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
5 F1 r  ~- y+ q, _# Nconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

+ l3 ~" q7 A( [6 p% j- _. V5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

  e0 \. I2 v4 V4 ^4 B6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
3 d7 y( [2 v( [. A+ {of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
