JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
6 Z, H3 Z# x0 M' _/ ?; Epolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

! C8 w7 W5 E* r0 f( j0 fDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 C( ]; h( X" k3 Z1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
) v2 `. @1 u7 n% m; t$ V
! o. b* K- |- \* `# {2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
4 I( K$ J  B/ _% @2 i2 v# P
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
* y4 b( I- ^- x" ^+ rconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

* h: q) o) E3 X6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
% U6 V+ I4 d4 t$ OManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

5 B, p4 k8 K! }4 R2 K( zQUALIFICATIONS;
; c+ h; c6 k, i$ n- i  G1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
4 b# w4 ~& s( m- j+ G
1 O! w- ~' W2 u+ g; W! W2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

8 h8 N! |( K/ O( R/ g3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

* m7 k( q2 P5 AShift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
