8 |/ F$ p3 ?/ I# ?2 l/ A# c) _JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
: B. H, n2 e# E1 g) w* R3 k4 I& y(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
% S1 R3 Q* f% ]  ^- E# a# j- ?2 {( Iand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

6 c6 R/ F( r8 e' ]/ @. W5 }& a7 c3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
8 J! _& A4 j. t0 u1 A! pof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

" F- ?7 s7 Z) I9 Z5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

  ^0 G) ?. a0 u8 CQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
" ^  D" z3 X0 b, A0 Wof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
% J& d$ ~. I7 ?9 Bcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
