请教一个问题

如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主,会损失多少钱?有明确的相关规定吗?有人说会多扣除一个月房租, 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教,多谢!

忘记说明合同是一个月对一个月的条件下。

Most landlords will keep your security deposit.$ @% i/ m% A) S# `  V9 V
According to Edmonton City's renting Act rules. If you signed a one year lease and left before lease over ' n1 H4 r) n: \$ |: x
without notifying the landlord, the landlord can keep the property empty and ask you pay all  the rest " g6 X- p0 p6 W: h: h, N
amount. If you refuse to pay, he will put a bad point in your Credit report. You might have difficult to rent next # Y7 X4 V9 ^0 b7 |
place. Best is tell the landlord even it is less than 1 month. 7 g8 R) H0 ^+ s6 {; E3 V0 z. W
Landlord see all kind of leave early. They can accept that. We left 6 month early before the lease.
: K4 {, D$ a% F$ C% c" HThe landlord was actuuly very glad that we notified him 1 month early. He kept our security deposit though.( A" W) E. \2 A; g( m* i
Trust that if you treat other people nice, they would or would not treat you nice, but if you treat

If your lease is month to month, and he finds the next renter, he should give back your deposit minus damage.

看了一下原来的合同(第一年的合同)仅仅看到一句话关于security deposit
; n; S" G% p+ Z) t A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
# n& Z# p% e8 S  y1 B" |(termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。

一般会多扣除一个月房租,你可以自己找个新租客。
