I just heard if your family income is below $45K, you can apply for a housing subsidy up to $200. You can call 454-1212 for info.

it is not really true. my friend call just now; the limit is 26k for a couple. and there is no fund available now. you can put yoursel on the waiting list though if you think you are qulify.
