POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
- p  w. D" ~" B! I. A•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
% n& V2 N2 K  M/ r; C•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
# o, C( A6 ]' q. a•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
' \8 E, n7 D# s: I•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

' G; X% j5 a3 Y. U' m2 m8 DREQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
* F2 A5 m) ^: G* r0 b9 y: Q) {% I1 B•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
