POSITION SUMMARY:

9 N6 Q9 W" n; J$ i8 }•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
) f- p& @: r1 P  D+ ^0 i  }•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
2 J( J2 J/ I3 E8 |' F•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
& D7 f/ Q' ^' H  K+ v•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

4 C+ r2 j6 o/ V+ uREQUIREMENTS:

3 I4 c) t6 G7 M. F# e•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
( K  m& a! Y, D" i% B•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
: M  H$ Y  C+ x; }! j0 g" |4 h•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
* n) m: s! ~' @•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
