POSITION SUMMARY:

6 ~2 H  U% j1 e4 o- V! W•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
0 P0 N" C7 e  ?* Q•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
( l, K' K# H# C' y& ~( T" }7 N/ @•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

6 T* L& F+ |7 T6 p$ ^•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& ?1 K6 O& T5 B0 `% a0 Y& ]" d•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
