POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
1 C0 M* U( n  RDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
, e& L: q$ }; E- _) I•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
- Z3 @, T" `- Q+ W+ q•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
% n1 R' t) `* Q& E9 X' i•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
" h$ O9 @* _, l8 j•        Manage store physical inventory.
' l- \1 k2 \2 T5 c•        Maintain employee files and records.
3 a' c5 l* _0 Z8 _•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
: g6 F$ \' M, o/ ^+ t) _" f
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
/ ]" K8 f9 g* C; C•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
* S( L/ l: E2 {4 U3 n•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
