•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
& _7 c/ @( _7 _% c* L; {Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
& v" R$ R* j# y3 j! ^1 s* S•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
4 J- _+ y% f$ r7 {( S1 v) ?0 }•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
* F/ @" ]4 V, g7 a1 q4 G  j! l# U•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

# x* p4 S+ `" I5 @•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
4 E. g0 K) }& o2 V0 j9 n•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
$ q4 ^, S: Y. d$ K* i5 k3 O5 C•        Excellent customer service skills.
2 h" b* d6 i: H( W- G5 F•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
+ l% H. V0 L& A/ S) w+ C5 n•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
