2 T! x# c* n5 O1 X9 s% w•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
7 ]/ ?2 x5 I  [3 M, U, w7 q•        Lead by example in company service standards.
2 F7 ^6 p4 y3 j0 g•        Manage store physical inventory.
0 O  R7 ~. ]3 I& Q8 E. v•        Maintain employee files and records.
0 J) @: O# j5 p! d/ p2 O" ~•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
! g% b: a# `8 \2 f. c•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.

•        Strong Leadership skills.
