' ^5 H, m7 b/ p$ c•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
9 t. ?6 E& k5 @# {# S4 }•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
$ |' Z! P/ Q2 d$ D- g1 h1 G' T•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
) F" K0 r4 @) U/ i1 H•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
) a/ {6 w6 ]3 W, F( o+ t, ]
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
' c) j# o6 `1 R0 E( `/ y) t•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
* k7 [' O0 o0 j•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
