POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
  `( |! u8 T2 t- hDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
; ]) {" H( a' z9 e1 T$ z& u& ~•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
( N- P+ N# j8 x( t•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
  W5 |; T% k* v( I) ]4 t•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
' o5 k: I( ~5 I" A% ^' {9 Z6 i' \! `/ l•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
( R* J0 W- H9 e# X) S•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
% S- }8 U( `4 O5 K7 e•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
