•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
" n% E" j7 o0 m  gDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
9 j( m8 ]2 `1 E' ]7 u& y7 O5 V•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
$ ~/ }/ y  h. B6 }9 j/ _7 J•        Lead by example in company service standards.
6 N* E- ?+ z! v% S•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

- g+ j* G0 z7 ~  L5 S+ Y4 d! J•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
/ R) ^% g! O9 H" H+ e. K•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
