POSITION SUMMARY:

* ?+ G6 Z5 F* h, i•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
4 @- A; ]  k, j) v4 |$ u•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
0 z+ k  [0 K. O0 n* L8 L. |•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

9 w( _" }0 n/ f; m0 d•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
6 @& _$ W$ O. W2 m5 O, m•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
8 W8 P7 J% C. w* m$ s( j* u•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
