POSITION SUMMARY:

* X3 B" }+ d# X7 X) q( Z, m•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
7 p& a0 ^% _" O' ~" {Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
; \# S) F, i# L; ?- b* i' e•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 i( U1 O! B1 E" N: d) c9 W•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
7 p  K7 c' R; ^1 o+ S: C- `# `/ k•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: l- a! f8 @0 F1 V- Y" u•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
