• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
" n% E" j7 o0 m gDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
9 j( m8 ]2 `1 E' ]7 u& y7 O5 V• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.) c& e8 H: j4 G" \2 T9 X: Z( v
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.$ o8 e) c4 R; y* [; i' s
• Control store-operating expenses.

• Maintain employee files and records.

• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
/ R) ^% g! O9 H" H+ e. K• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills./ X, e- _* h6 x) m7 A2 [- D0 ~
• Excellent customer service skills.: a7 b. _6 G3 x+ ]& W
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.8 ~& f* B4 y' Z/ t& \# Q5 T. j
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
