Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

7 U% e( J- ~' p4 f# KVehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience
Post-secondary degree

Key Responsibilities
# M' y/ Z5 I& c, Y! Z8 t8 sInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
1 ]6 O1 e+ s& WManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
# v5 ]- a$ k7 G, `$ y1 NMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
