Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Requirements

3 h- k5 E# _0 @9 q. TInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
7 s) T) U: n) ]' h) ]Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
' E( g/ B! `. e$ gIssue notices to tenants
  t1 D6 B' P/ S0 RCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
/ j# T6 h" E  N3 t+ m! MMonitor repair status and property condition
5 n  w6 K" H& k5 U- m+ ~2 w) xUse property-management software to track and complete tasks
