p.m., Monday through Friday

Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
' ^* s0 w/ w1 ]3 l& c# l& f: H9 [1) Serve as cashier when required.
5 Z  p& H, I- `: }1 U* n9 U) ?
$ f; Y$ b3 v0 F! |$ `. l3 B5 j8 s, O. A4 U2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

* l& a, f( x! V/ A5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

: s/ i: ]- M' O+ z& @0 x- S6) Perform monthly food inventory.
) e: Q( e3 N6 y9 _( t3 ]* ~
0 V' K/ Z7 |, j" @# r7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
$ Z! Z# W6 o$ q4 S; y5 n: Qshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
5 R+ `2 K* n; B3 U3 l* P5 e1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
! c8 l7 ?9 P* N. U9 g
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
7 m% R0 h) ~& `, P% o! ^! W6 J
3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

- _  H% u% J7 ~. E7 F5) Very good public and staff relations.

$ L& I* I+ j9 D( E1 J$ E) X8 u6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
