1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.3 m- `' d$ k- l3 X9 f

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.- a2 B ?, E! |# a

6) Perform monthly food inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS;
% i" O) q$ r4 n/ X y& `# ]1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough " `8 b, F( B# s) V W
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.- G5 B! O+ J* L
) j6 x5 L" a6 L) @) g' i) {1 G' e2) Previous experience with food inventories.
) j8 N, z: n/ f" q D7 d8 ]- i& a+ x" v4 v( D& o" L9 }
3) Cashier experience.
' q' M3 O: c% e8 G" T" R8 S4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.! B2 U% K. ~8 c% D4 _+ A

5) Very good public and staff relations.
