5 A* {; K' `6 gJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
+ Z! e8 M9 ?3 b4 d8 {6 NOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

! n8 o$ q* o# A3 n( A& VDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1 ^( Z& i+ y3 I" x+ ~$ q9 ?5 ?1) Serve as cashier when required.
6 g" b4 N) ~0 ?, H* R8 z
$ o% e' q1 \# C( i* ^7 g2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

" m$ N1 o5 k. j0 U5 c5 ~3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

# u% G$ v5 A+ p, B5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

2 S( O. t2 S7 H9 o7 R; s6) Perform monthly food inventory.

! [7 x  h' I1 l% }- z7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
5 P6 P3 t* ^. }6 e5 b1 w1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
3 b0 ?6 U. J  _& T- q1 g6 E
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

% q0 c: w- D' q& U+ q3) Cashier experience.
7 F8 L7 e& d' T4 k3 q5 S4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

& A9 V- B/ Z* T* d# `5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
