p.m., Monday through Friday

5 y* J8 J! ^7 [0 K" V! H' f2 hJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

) ^( j; q" r: ~+ h: g  l7 ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
% z5 W8 x% [( B1) Serve as cashier when required.
$ }4 {# q+ v2 H$ P' B
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
9 C7 A( i  Z0 F
& @5 Y& r$ x) Z3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
! L* {$ j$ a) S
6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.
( ^- G2 E# f2 h% ^3 s5 U; d
+ T: T* @- g4 f) I2 a, Q To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
- W9 B1 `, ]7 }4 O1 |knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

! Q; \! Z5 M. I1 A- k2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
* S' m; P5 w4 s' K4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
