Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the 0 ^1 S1 ?' \0 Q \: s1 n# S
procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, 7 Y% K9 T3 c [/ X% R( d5 A
cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:# V, x9 [+ h% o0 C$ f9 z I
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
0 r8 ~7 t/ d8 L* Xbeverage items.3 e1 I1 o# p8 ?: K1 u8 \

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
/ }% N6 |* k* o& L, H) l% J0 ebar and debit floats.4 m# q' G0 b# V. [$ a

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of # F. o/ n0 Y; q6 S0 A3 n. Q
each shift, and upon closing.

2 T6 ~ [' s5 `4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular 8 b* n" ]' G8 f$ }3 l: w) _3 e
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
1 r' k1 L% N! \, ~seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces. R2 D& n& o% B
. C' w7 F) o6 Y1 S/ d R5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
( V) R: ]& i6 I; w4 Z6 G6 pstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
1 D% g9 k8 X( w) _4 X) Bproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
1 U4 T3 a: `5 f% Smonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a
4 v: d) y" i0 b8 n. Mhigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a . H! q* h, h' Z% g! {
high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

QUALIFICATIONS:, E, d7 O6 N0 I$ _7 q% S
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume ' k+ T9 W# F4 k5 q B J0 J! A1 a
operation.9 H1 u* `! p! e& \: i
