Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the
0 q& i; y/ u3 V8 d$ v* uprocedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,
# C9 ~, w; t9 acleanliness and order in the bar.) p, k. j, B- A: Z' Y. \
2 d4 J ]7 }+ ^- N9 cDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 x, \( C' m$ [5 W A5 a/ I; c1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
$ P- t" _- b n7 `$ Ubeverage items.: N7 }) ^4 K, a2 R$ P, i+ [6 T
) m$ _2 _! v* z, `; y4 m2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 1 J" z' d8 d0 b* {8 R
bar and debit floats.

1 o8 T, B5 _. v6 U3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
6 h1 {4 w6 p# l; ~7 Z7 W Yeach shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular 5 H2 d# q. X; N" {$ h! a
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
: P% h% l8 J- Fseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.' ]8 ]0 b3 r5 l- V5 z0 n
& c% J E6 R& k. e5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
9 S A9 N" [2 U7 e. X5 Kstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
, O: g3 J3 s, O, K: ]products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.# M1 d$ E2 C" L$ e+ W) o
7 W0 M3 Z, g/ Q( Z7 N6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
8 a( P/ m7 e, Q9 D/ Omonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a 5 } t7 F: R7 ~# P, w ^0 d
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in # `7 W8 w5 e& L$ Z
accordance with Students' Union policies.

" C/ _8 ^+ e A8 E# p2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 0 M" } Q/ y1 h) a+ I, m
operation.

: a1 P- r0 }% K# ?& @3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
?; }/ c5 L: Paccordance with Students' Union policy.
