JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

) C" o8 q. T( |DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
9 ~5 W- ^4 P' |* K0 u" f1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and 4 R7 H5 b# |: H9 Y2 x" y4 B4 @
beverage items.( A/ W8 y& l0 ~* j
! y) M% W8 o" [* c' T+ K5 o2 b. O2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the " z( o6 \8 h0 ?
bar and debit floats.

) q3 u. s3 u# E8 _% Z3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of " d% Y y$ X# b8 y
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular y+ M, t9 A" d! e
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
; e2 O" X0 ?3 }seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.# {* v0 ~' x; E y

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
) {: n6 n& _! {! B: Ostorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 3 V. T/ v4 Y/ p" t7 A% z
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift." M0 ~" S8 b4 ~7 n, B

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
- p2 L4 u, i! s; Dmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.) C* w- {! i6 c9 P# v# y

high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

QUALIFICATIONS:( t; g6 t/ P+ K, L8 T5 w3 c
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.! i2 L9 v! O& V1 E

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 6 |. o* J; {- A, K
operation.

f6 Y% S }; d3 x7 I8 |$ e& B3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.. A% ]2 o+ n" D7 X9 A
