JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the $ y- s) B' ?" j9 W4 v( G. `. a
Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the
: z9 s7 p: p( c8 x$ P K+ nprocedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,
* U+ a9 k8 n# o8 Z) T- ]& ~cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:7 c% `/ c; R$ t7 {( i
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2 Z4 _* Y' Y. [, ]* a2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the / F& o: ^2 f1 s' F, G
bar and debit floats.% h! n+ H. K; T
8 s( m K5 C* A3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
F1 H9 d) g: F5 K) T1 {; W5 ]each shift, and upon closing.' j) p' m' y. b4 O7 y$ Z. g

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
2 F- y3 T" q" V! ~8 aattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and 1 `" N% v& {. Q; k) @8 }8 i& x
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces./ F6 o/ ~# M+ I: z" U) r1 L
$ w- f# r9 N$ {9 a# `4 O7 ?5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
" a( ?9 n1 Z, a# C, ustorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
$ B+ u+ F1 U+ d% f) Rproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.& d1 g' l) X* d! C
