4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails( V5 S1 \& w% \) C. A9 D9 {
5. Has class 5 drivers license b& r% C O6 |: E( S
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field1 K, O! N; c# z2 l7 c3 w

0 N8 b% W a0 w. S: S1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools! C1 R4 b0 y* Z |- `/ m
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks& U1 v* R$ r- v c
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
