6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks0 {- m0 {8 H7 J, L: ~
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties7 J5 J+ @5 f m( E, X3 X" O
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
8 G( ^4 l; ]: y8 @9 |- h$ g5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
