4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails

6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
- Z9 c! x3 ~! A5 T: K. I9 [2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks, y3 o- T1 \0 T
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties" ?, S' ~5 V) m
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices7 B+ g2 ]6 @, ?6 A" g! z) C
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
