As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

7 L: P& E2 E& QAny experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.) ?$ m. u- {5 C
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.1 J% ]; G( ~0 c. d! m0 x# W6 f0 C

4 o# ]# L# Z7 R0 GPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

+ J* \$ Z6 {6 gEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
' Z2 l* G2 T( v" h2 hSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
0 s0 L: ~3 `% l! PConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
/ E) a/ g) \: F7 O oPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.$ D% M( P, o8 j5 }6 p
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
