Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

- t. y8 S0 A# d. P7 J' U( y: nMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Maintenance

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.9 e9 O! k9 G) j6 f+ |- q7 F
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.9 ? K0 B4 o6 L/ Z( [% j
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
