As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Class 5 drivers’ license

A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Rent payment follow up

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
* h- C. H! m1 X8 g6 j* xMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.( Z$ Z/ m# C% K5 t! M! D

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
