As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.+ R! L' T6 r. d. t- G8 B

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.0 K% l% W& h# `4 F5 c

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
) Y$ W$ ]2 `' P) VSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.$ J+ k2 |7 n2 T( F
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.. V" @5 y% [! d! H) F. ~
