Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.$ t$ y( [: A; E1 ^0 Z

Maintenance

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.1 t1 w9 H" M1 I0 L
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.! r# R# W$ d3 s
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.! b" \; q8 d0 w9 H6 |2 K7 g2 R
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.2 ?/ v% z7 g! k( P1 S/ f) W, M
