As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. , H1 i% G# c9 y" l, E

Financial

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties. Y- g5 H7 D6 l3 S4 h3 n& Z
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.7 F0 }. a. u( P- ^1 H4 Y4 f) @# a
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
/ W4 S6 T! E, N' b0 y- s7 eSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
, a* g, r1 c& jConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
