Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.. y2 Z; N. \# x& W- c* B8 P/ m
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
1 v" F3 f3 J* q3 c t1 n+ YConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
