As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

Financial

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

1 y; ?* W: ~4 K, r" d# HMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

- K# e1 D* \7 Q! f. IPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
2 l/ W9 d* E& L1 y5 O/ @3 v) GMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
]# h& W# z( \ M1 U5 m+ ~Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
