As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.& Q9 f# {! Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

% d' t# I; r% h( C% U1 @; b4 \. dPreparation of thorough monthly reports.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.
) W; Q% r$ Z) t5 l; c! X7 VOpen house showings

Financial

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.& p5 y/ m6 O& _) ?% c* k/ ^
Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.: C; B7 T! }2 t) U
Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
# C' C4 Y1 u8 s3 VMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.2 C* `- g& t0 T1 I' u( t
Maintenance
, t/ N3 l7 R8 E  o
3 {5 E8 s4 |% tPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.3 \; Y2 D7 |" N9 C
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
( Y/ o3 A6 _( G! pEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.' l+ U' ^& z; v$ D0 t' r& w
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required." m. `' \  ~! ]
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.) N; t9 k, V' x' h
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.

The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
