We are currently seeking a Resident Manager for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Open house showings

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

$ k* h# d8 ?* \( J6 [Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
