Student Intern.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
" D% H# ^' N/ ]answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
6 ?9 f8 d# b7 A8 G+ Z, [/ dadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
* y" o1 |+ k' y" a2 e9 \proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
! V  ~( r- r+ l, \; Ban asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
; T  l! l2 |. ~  z' ~directions.
