Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
' c# z- |! E% \$ G5 ?7 Fanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,4 h2 j. B9 Q( f+ M4 _* h* m
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
5 i4 L! z p8 _" I$ H2 i; n* L padmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
0 C3 k0 C+ t8 t1 h( n' h9 ?. Paddresses and general office duties.' X. ?5 ]1 y, j0 H1 f( J
2 o4 o4 C3 V) n4 Z; S9 [9 D
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during2 \. i/ J f+ o' h! z5 K
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language( C0 U8 u J; V' V! Z
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
, z3 \) j x4 Nproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
9 D0 V& K( X, F9 B" Wan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow# [& L- N7 A i$ w7 o2 `
directions.
