The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

  ?; f* t5 ]3 f- BSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

& [" G. |# r) F+ n- fDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
2 |0 c1 V6 U9 }answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
" S) v# n3 v3 O# n! `/ Amaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
+ ?$ B) Z6 R2 K! Wadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

% r5 v! z+ P  {- {# qQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
- ~) z0 j  x9 s* m0 e# Hproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
