The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
' [6 I! [1 l/ a* L+ J8 y6 TStudent Intern.
" }% {! E) [. g$ J( a4 L- T.

) P5 l, \  F0 r9 s* ASalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
& K, y' Z; @# u7 M! n7 ?/ ~; K; W* N8 `answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
) |$ R" h" q& e+ f' D# Mmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
" L$ ~9 S! i- w; Z0 qadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

& X- Z  A; R* S  x. tQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
. z8 Z0 \: h/ d$ Ipeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
* ^1 t( n. e3 W  M1 C4 W! Kproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
3 j; }( f# m0 j) g& M  Kan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
