etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for C: @( W$ [* M$ f. m' ~
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and' X: i2 f1 `3 G/ V7 I9 _* Z# n
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
& _9 p3 {! G9 htheir program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,; w! o5 P; J* s% e
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
8 o) d" Z4 d& f/ Q0 n/ c# zvenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city' A$ g+ \ Z0 w! C
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city

Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
$ Y8 V; j* L' gfluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
4 c+ G- X Q0 S% f4 I1 gdemonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
& k$ n E$ Y* [, i& aa variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those: O0 ]4 F' e( _- i6 T t8 N
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management# J6 W9 t+ G( Y7 F* U
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
( z- q5 U1 r" b( xExcel, PowerPoint and Outlook); administrative experience an asset,
