* O- {* d& D3 X" w* [-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
; }6 R; M# V, O# z6 Z3 S-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
. n" L$ v4 ?( d  n1 K- Y4 r- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
1 i& d3 k1 R( m( w# Z% v8 x-Providing general clerical support to the office.
: N( J; q3 r) Z-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

% n9 ^2 Z( Q  I2 m) Q; `-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.
  H8 n$ y9 C. T2 D9 X- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.

Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
& F& u& M, Y: J( X+ |9 o* n- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
+ z1 }! Y, p, d- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
