0 A3 z, ?. I% W, OShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

7 M3 u+ v; H0 ?2 z- y% E-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
) [0 }# |/ L  B- ~3 q-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
6 T' e7 q: v" o) U( V-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

, ^/ W! X! u1 y8 c$ e+ [- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
6 c5 s' N8 f; Q, H6 o# H- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
