Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.

Exceptional communication skill is required. Ability to speak multiple languages would be considered as an asset.

1 B* W( R" P$ v$ |+ d+ K3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.

Experience working in the residential property management industry.
