Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.( b$ V, s% B( }/ Y5 k3 H

& z1 U/ s; y& W5 {. G) ^. B7 ^Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.
