China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
negative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting

$ r! j# b4 R+ P9 l2 C. c: zstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
1 t0 w  G$ D# A& Win Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
/ b! g- W6 w& c, e5 Dthe shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
