Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
6 f! K/ ]1 F$ Q1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
5 i' V- p% p5 y6 Z2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
% g! y+ ~! o# K' d4 q: D# S4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
1 i! W9 Y3 n8 P1 I7 O6. Visit the building and enter the units
2 h( f2 R; H7 M% d/ ?8 ~( @3 z8 u7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
