Tasks
        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
5 K8 u' k! C! ^9 f         Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
* q/ G( C6 ?, W6 P         Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
        Generate reports.
) D" j& Y( X$ P( R- M6 H' k         Provide friendly and professional services.
        Update customer information.
        Filling paperwork and document.
7 |) |9 k/ c% b) M* R6 n, c         Monitor and order office supplies.

        Keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications
# i' K9 |2 s0 H- P) r         Strong verbal and written English.
  ~5 g% U+ k1 G9 ]         Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
) \. p% f2 |, o' a$ v        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
        Strong & out-going personality.
