答案是不需要。但是必须有有照片的证件。如果没有照片，需要两个无照片的证件。

% G& m% n3 n! J/ t7 [谢谢回复。小孩子只有无照片的出生纸和健康卡，但是健康卡不是联邦发的，是省里发的。这两样不行吧？
