requirements for this position is high( double E graduates without experience might not get it). but salary is lower than electricians...why?

Thank you. Communication skill is the most important thing for this job. It doesn't have any design work, just answering the phone call. You don't need to have too much experience, however, you have to well understand the principle of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.

Neither of them, it doesn't matter which brand. They will give you training. Just say what you can do, they want you have the clear understanding.
