Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
4 o' R0 e( j" {( \4 d% m9 [9 Q) ?% ~3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
9 w( `- t; i- d6 _! C$ {' r5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
. }/ x, m; j% @9 @2 E7. Other duties as assigned
! f% Z7 J' p/ E% ]# g5 uSkills and specifications:
0 W/ `" S) K4 s6 z2 ^5 f2 _) k1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
! b4 l: `0 l' X& ]1 O4 U$ K0 C8 O2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
' J. M% x4 |8 R3 z3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
