Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
$ d* E4 h  r/ Y) E6 s- d1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
4 W+ ~. Z/ m$ B$ ]2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
  ^. G6 {  v9 e1 k# B" R2 A4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
4 U0 M4 m0 e0 P- o  Y/ i  A7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
- R# Z  y% V2 j6 }2 x3 Y/ v/ M1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
! W- M* w+ B! G2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
) D( `: W1 T' q  A2 s& e8 }1 R0 z5 j3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
9 O7 N, t' f1 X% J. O4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
& r+ }5 }# f0 u5 B& h; G+ |' V' k5. May need to work different hours
