MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
. b0 T+ P8 q) T( e3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
4 u% ?" ]8 A7 M6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
& _# s$ R; i$ a4 r, o1 E% O5 jSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
* S2 |& k+ ?0 y5 k2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
1 i5 L1 [) L* ^, w" D& M+ n; N3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset

5. May need to work different hours
