' R6 o" ?2 I8 U. c3 DBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
0 ^: A* v% V. V  O* G/ x1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
. n2 c6 V# |( C( v' z9 y4. Calibration of Equipment
( k9 x' `$ w4 _6 F, l7 g6 F$ r. K0 f& q5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
1 M5 S) W% J; E. `) ~$ q- U, M6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
; w+ ]  L" ^# |0 i8 M) a7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
8 `% Z! j) O3 L" a/ f% _1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
! y$ [& }; e- L8 n9 [- V2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
