Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports+ a* y3 K: `* I+ S0 ]/ F
Develop and maintain a filing system* m$ ^ v2 F0 J
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
7 \/ i1 h5 P8 b. _0 lSubmit and reconcile expense reports
6 ~* ]% ?; K1 M& _8 vAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
6 Z$ k$ D2 _, bLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers$ \) F! y( ]9 I1 n

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
) r: {4 ]! g- ? l3 C' MExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy8 a/ w+ p9 T; N) q! ~
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
