Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Submit and reconcile expense reports$ G9 J( h8 G# ^9 e" K1 b+ [, a% ~
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients( K3 x0 B3 G4 s J+ J
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
