工作职责
' z) i+ \. p! {6 P- E% tŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
9 Z; V  A8 r: [! V; YŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
$ Y" Y, L2 m  l$ J1 LŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
4 r. c' ^- \+ L+ Z+ {1 L5 F& X3 KŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
. Y1 \2 U  @$ Q4 A2 R3 \Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
8 B2 U8 q, V: o' B# a' p! m  sŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
  \. |" ?/ X9 o, G" }# Q6 k2 E" ~Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ g  s, N% X, q: Z4 NŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
" l! ?% X" [2 UŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
* \, b- ^  ?+ a* a5 RŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
