, q' c) A4 \( j3 g% s. MŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

6 v& N( u5 K- B% wŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
4 O4 u/ W. e4 u. v! zŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
; L1 ]2 J- P9 f; q# P0 ]! UŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
" l0 z1 t, |( vŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
. O( V6 I7 ?3 n9 X3 ?! rŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
0 _1 p5 t( L$ Z; Y: }/ nŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
0 G/ s, }. p  T/ _  ~Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
7 [' y5 A/ {. rŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
