+ j$ v8 h. _! {7 pŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

9 X+ o' q+ V; [/ t5 Q0 YŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
" E3 ?1 c1 X: N, u' s/ HŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
' ]3 F0 @' g3 m. n: `) J- mŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
2 m7 @; B" O! M9 \0 IŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
$ P8 z7 p  c! g. xŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
! Y: J( T3 M& n! Z7 _- J# ~4 wŸ   WHMIS
" q; \. R8 O1 c! QŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
  M2 L! q  e7 }. o# n3 e0 K9 e, RŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
0 A) x: Z0 X3 H7 D6 }2 nŸ   Valid driver’s license
  }+ d6 y, _$ U1 xŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
