工作职责
% u3 |7 ?: C% J! BŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
4 W7 D" a+ C! s! U0 YŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
. o' k1 t" G+ A/ ~3 jŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
0 r$ B) K; D; F5 z- e( kŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
; b! w% N4 A6 F+ C; fŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

+ S! x+ Z4 V, d; x9 ?Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

2 P2 W5 j9 v% q* x/ C' L: W, B9 @  zŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
4 D$ W" P- n5 J! I! s. FŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
$ z3 _2 |. I5 d- h/ w; q% bŸ   Valid driver’s license
0 W4 X/ \3 T& v2 }Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
