工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
9 q  A1 B# |/ Z# S' qŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
: W# w1 }. l( w; g% q# x! EŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
; z3 ^, e6 u9 u/ |0 h1 uŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
% u1 M: b' G2 r8 H/ F' j! b: WŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
5 T' h* O) m% C, vŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
0 a# z% h; z2 r$ i: @4 K  N( dŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
% I& E! y1 S& V9 O3 W! HŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
' V3 g- X& I5 e# T+ ~& R- UŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
9 Q0 C3 U/ [, v" A$ b- HŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
4 h5 J# m+ W9 kŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
