% ]- w5 Z: E* G( w% i2 [( WŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
* J7 F1 a5 ~! S5 G' q" ^Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
: k% ~3 j' S$ q( DŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 y; D9 C& `, J, D: @$ FŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
) D  @0 p! g1 r# m, z, xŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
, b0 z8 Z8 z- A* @; f% |Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
7 g9 l  F; L( D1 LŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
( v8 E5 ]' W& V( p# f& rŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
% G8 t9 B; A' H5 J# HŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
) ~" C3 o! D5 S/ A' ?/ d1 w: vExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
