-Job Description
The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

% F0 ^* B1 S6 S7 f! YCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
9 `' y( f; A/ z% o6 eEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
* P" F4 x5 O2 I' b% RProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
7 C  [* e4 B2 U5 C6 FMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
, q$ V8 Q, _$ {7 z' MOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
