Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.; {' c! r1 Z* o/ }$ K" `% R( C1 j- G
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc./ @* c: R- t0 w" c7 z
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
6 W3 ~' R% r. ?! {* @5 lResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.3 v. Q0 L6 L# |9 ?/ e7 z3 G/ z
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services., f" a, o9 Z6 D# |" k
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.; z: B/ p3 e' q8 H: i- z
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
# y1 W' p) v7 {9 J! F4 w2 ~Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
