0 c1 G3 _3 Z( S; ?, l& iResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
2 {+ d( v& t1 ^+ {! V* A# ]- }0 kResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
: u" Z3 W$ F; T0 Q, l, PResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.+ L. R$ [; }& s: r' O
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
% `! Z2 P6 K5 QResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
, x6 V, u8 o, x8 F( yResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
K. o V* @ ^" }5 n! hNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.! `: S W, M( ]7 h* f! z: u
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
- J) q. q( k: V( ?* L" x6 o: wBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.# ?' F& V2 T7 C- m
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
