Job Description
# \: d( E o6 A. x7 A5 d- hResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.- S# s6 m) |! v0 G5 Z' S% X
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.0 [# [7 y9 O/ S3 o
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.. i" O. Q- H- d
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.9 s" |1 W, M- x1 h3 u- A" E
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
+ |1 k! W8 _1 z5 u, M- {Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
4 F& r5 @3 W2 ] MNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
- M7 J$ ~; o9 d! u6 z+ qImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.- ?$ j5 X2 a( {7 F5 L9 j
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
