Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
5 Z3 P* j ^6 h1 N! HResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.5 ^$ y4 d5 e/ S( l4 l
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc., C8 Q& J! r; K! p! P' w% [6 q1 z
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.) I$ G! v) Q1 u* ^% U" A: c
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.& g& r2 O* N! W' M( N. O: h5 C
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.1 p( Z7 a- @6 C9 t( b9 P
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
0 M1 o5 n1 M/ e# YImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
4 T3 g- a7 Z7 {7 K: w2 nBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
