Job Description
5 ^2 f+ j, z4 U- Z, i7 tResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking./ N- Q8 T" w- f( z
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.; w5 ?, s5 K7 S* |6 r& s1 E* Q _8 a
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.2 u- I7 R! h8 C l1 F: Q$ A" H
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
8 l, u; G7 v% f4 aResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
7 l {$ i: r9 W+ b$ W+ ^* a& UResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
+ F+ r. r" q# T+ t; e7 BNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
* W$ j' h9 B& R% f# g) eImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement. g. Y4 U# K& s! a' {5 B
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
9 B: k. x9 P1 S1 vHelp desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
