CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

( p/ |6 P1 D$ v- v9 o/ v3 }6 [4 }•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
1 O; }+ s# K3 z•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
& p6 N6 S$ s: p6 D4 Z* u. k•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
1 q, ?5 L3 C# C: k- V5 E•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  x, V; U: T7 ]•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

) j0 O4 O+ W7 @0 R+ r, z$ n6 LAccountant Requirements:
  }6 }2 Q9 I& X) Z
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
) W/ i& [9 H& f: T! A•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
