CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

0 m0 P: d0 `7 B' `Responsibilities:
; W, |3 j, O. q* b+ q$ c•        Manage all accounting transactions
( q0 ^, g% |  r" J# p. X, X•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
7 g% h2 a. N+ t* o+ Q•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
3 T! \0 }( `+ j- s•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
+ b: U7 L0 u) y$ Y8 t. X•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
. F  ?+ x0 B9 O' U( J/ y- J1 d•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

+ G2 ~! p: W, m' s/ z6 {Accountant Requirements:

$ A6 J+ e' K1 n% i6 w0 {9 |•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
- k7 X4 D# Q5 ]2 }( W4 |+ b! J•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  x& ^; M5 @/ Z$ s+ e  X. c•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
% I2 {' ?+ v7 W, y•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
