Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
& X6 P# C, q1 K$ v) A4 p& c• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
  `) K0 ?. ?5 }8 O% I• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
* G! Q9 ~/ ?. a/ W* y% g% L1 W• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
% r; [" `' {: F% x1 h  y• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
0 k: ^3 O9 W4 d• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
! E, M2 D- u$ [% J+ I% U• Strong computer skills and knowledge
3 c3 g) k6 \' Y' ?% m8 ~• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
