Job Responsibilities:

8 u( D/ Z" l5 }: o, T5 q4 P• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
3 V+ t9 _% c: j- {; q• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
4 q0 |$ y0 y4 u# p6 p• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
9 |  O) d, n* h, P- e. Y9 S% U• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
. x% D. J. Y% }2 Q/ E• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
4 C* A& j  O8 q8 `& z• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
+ E0 Y" v& G- b0 k! T3 i9 G* {• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
6 S; L; b' x$ D/ D6 ^( o' B. D• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
/ G9 ^. B4 F9 A8 K0 X• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
