• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
# }& m4 d  w, h& W1 i• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
5 n( `( b% ~9 O% z• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
% g2 m  x- Y" X, t, Q+ s• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

  N& b0 j$ F2 m- r1 t• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
$ b/ @& \  {! P: H• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
5 Q! d! _) ]$ N5 D• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
+ W3 F  v  B. h• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
; D3 @- a& t7 w- D: s• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
! L; y! n# T* E; S• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
