- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
- k, F5 F4 c( v2 \- R- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
, F6 N3 I4 ^" @- L- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
