Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
  h4 x* p2 x7 f1 C' R" ~+ f-Completion of a post-secondary education
: h6 P* w7 `! h) J-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
; ]3 w& t' V4 m* K! m-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
5 @; |2 `" R# o2 z-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
" S, C1 B/ Y  K' M/ g7 d& ^/ e-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
* {9 ]# ]) K* [# ]% q" w$ Q- o) J-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
! h4 @% Y9 c4 W+ o7 K-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
  e' _) w6 q  f# e) f! r-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
