Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
2 M; B6 k9 Y3 R+ V! g, u3 h' k [-Completion of a post-secondary education
0 S( z! ~1 b- j# }' a1 [& ]! R-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
3 N( [: I3 j3 b( S-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)( _( _( Z( Z4 B$ p" I$ P
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public+ G4 \, q) g8 {, E( j
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets7 q! K$ Q+ {! t1 e) t
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- L% E# ?6 \- [3 a; f; m( C-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy( z5 j/ c% Y# c! F& y
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.

-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
