; ?- O" y. }" t' C& c8 p6 m-Completion of a post-secondary education
2 u' J# D6 w+ d4 y2 G1 n6 [-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
  [% P; K4 V1 F7 D. v-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
# S/ t! r0 P  f: S" h9 z-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
& X! }( I9 U8 J% C3 E- C-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
1 `3 `2 x( h, [0 q5 [) Q. ]0 g-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
; k" @$ m( }- j  r-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
! q" M, v1 j6 J1 t$ j: k8 ]' }" k-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
7 V  g4 d5 |  q6 u+ c-Fluent in English and Cantonese
