-Completion of a post-secondary education
  a5 P! E8 I1 e# w-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
" Z1 y) Q; v  \% t-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
( j: ~% F3 K7 R. [-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
8 t- h7 E' w' Z0 X) C0 j$ `: Q-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
! o# v3 S+ |7 ?: J! }' J-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
9 z  R4 V8 h5 e$ i) F3 o! n7 ]-Fluent in English and Cantonese
/ L+ p( ]" K+ t-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
