本人先住在多伦多,得到一个工作OFFER, CONTRACT, 在EDMONTON, 但是公司要我的

; L  g) f) P8 i% g1 J, _1 u; X* ?( F3.GST Number
6 W6 j/ g6 x  ]" v, J4.WCB Clearance
1 N5 h  @( v$ p1 y( U: f在哪里能得到这些材料?如果我现在不在ALBERTA,是否能办理这些开个人公司的手续呢?

! n* m& T) ]* h/ {$ e希望有经验的朋友帮忙看一下,介绍一下办理程序,或者有知道什么地方能找到相关讯息的.请告知,急!

没有GST NUMBER 暂且先挂着，猎头照样给你开工资。过后年终的时候如果收入超过3W需要注册一个，低于这个数字请不要注册。

This might be Worker's Compensation Benefit (Insurance), you can check the following agency out.

You have to get a GST number. There is true a threshold of 30K of receipt, however, if other party pays and you collect GST, even the gross receipt is less than 30K, you have to remit the GST. You can choose from Annually,quarterly or monthly remittance depending on the gross receipts. Also, if your service is GST exempted, you still can claim the GST rebate by filing GST return. The offer requires that you should have an incorporated business, probably your company has to remit GST return. And also need to do annual filing with Corporations Canada or corresponding provincial authorities depending on the type of corporation that you setup. ( Personally, I think Federal Corporation is a better choice in your situation.)

1, Go to Alberta Register Office, register a company name, (Incoorprate, Limited, etc)
- D: t1 [; Y6 }1 B/ p2, Call CRA, get a GST # for you company.(you find out the phone# from it's web-iste)
$ _' s! v0 ~. _8 J* _/ b) \8 V# o3, Go to www.wcb.ab.ca website apply a WCB account for your company, or just call them.
4, Go to your bank apply a cheque account for your company.

That's all you need to do & sign your contract.

我已经在联邦的网站上注册了INCORPORATED, 其它几步好像都要等我拿到CERTIFICATE OF COMPANY 后才能注册或者申请. WCB 究竟是什么, 有很多选择,一般大家选择什么呢?真的是一点没经验,请教大家啦,谢谢!

0 Q$ p7 V8 |8 {' r- ^; k: eIf you already registered a INCOOPRATED, you should got an Access# belongs to your company.
( k$ B- ~8 \; L2 w' M$ T4 aWCB like worker's insurance, like car insurance, if you already have your company's access#, you can call WCB (phone# in web-iste) to get your WCB account, (normaly arround $110 a year, depends on what kind of work you will doing).
