PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.' T0 |0 x( J; b3 I; _
Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
1 ?1 P7 i9 M5 |9 qRead and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.& \8 q7 M$ X( y/ \
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
& [; b: r5 t7 @. W0 _Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications
* ?3 s% l+ M6 c9 L* G" S1 h% DContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.
/ _; L6 }5 ?% N# y2 i: K6 x2 _# OManage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.

Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution" I. v: N+ h) f2 z Q
Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed

Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)# u& n% f! [3 X2 ~! {
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed8 W( h' l6 J6 a
Work with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing
8 F- T4 c5 F+ [2 fLead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure. T: `8 r/ G; y( W" y8 B

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
8 C. @9 K, f9 c4 L# \7 N" j' M% HTwo to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
$ S* x0 \0 Q5 V1 qAutomation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)
5 v" B* ~6 A: l6 U' dExperience interpreting process control documents.: a3 p. z4 e, }5 V% S2 E
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities' l+ I4 L6 D0 I- K
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards% M; h) W+ R; N; m4 R3 Y
Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies

Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)
1 s: z( y' U+ ^Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment
9 p- w, j- e. X/ l$ O( PAbility to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents) E" d' R" G- Q) H
Ability to quickly shift focus from one technical issue to another while maintaining commitment to accuracy and precision6 R2 L% c2 C( y+ j- k
Ability to schedule, prioritize and manage numerous projects simultaneously
