- Order Acknowledge by email

- Charge Credit Card to approve payment

- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.0 _" H8 H3 w' I& p
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
* d4 \( x. S$ d- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters

- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly , y6 L- l3 K& _8 a# r' I" H+ O3 S5 g
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage- n. O* f+ c6 @2 K# |" M
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative$ K* \! W5 G; u2 b4 P" T3 K9 C- P
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. % g0 S' d( e% f; z3 R/ H& ~9 J
- EDI accounts related work and others as required . r8 o* {7 K/ u- Q- B
& t; T/ u: Q# ~1 I6 z2 `

7 u- Q$ g9 H4 S& N" B# i! O& ?- x- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
/ Y% N: {: u- l1 X  k8 C- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures9 T# f4 Z/ c2 N& o1 ?
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
* ?/ y1 T3 N. Y- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.* g$ K/ ~, @/ y" R) g
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
) U  X* _/ _1 Q7 q5 ?- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
- m" }/ ~" \  `; D- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.% C, M4 Z, v& Z6 j) b- a
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
1 v; z$ {; n5 l$ p/ ]- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.3 _/ `2 n( D" [+ K1 |! f4 [
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.+ q# z, e7 c: o& z0 m+ x6 S
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.6 T; Q" B3 t, m! W

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems

- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
