" F- {1 a! o" N6 c: t1 V- Order Checking according to guideline
, ?3 y# m7 k4 ?( ~- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
" ]7 x. F- V9 {& o8 U- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
) {& J4 M1 U; f! q, l" C2 t' G/ J- Send orders to warehouse to process+ C% q/ V7 G$ v: J# D
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage: @7 e1 ?2 Q- t$ B3 u+ r
- Follow up and report about order status: ~  |: \" Z0 p/ C8 p
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.9 B* r' R/ w9 n+ N
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.  n) d& f* q' D; v: E; B* G2 D9 }
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
4 r( V) ?( l, O; z; \; e. H- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.2 u2 x. B0 g% D
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal$ u- M) q2 v' j: W' L3 f
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
3 G) k1 s+ j8 X/ A3 ^- J, e6 ]- Point of contact with Factory in China
9 ]3 E3 E( D. z4 _- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly & _; R- o, l) ^( \/ L
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
/ O- J$ n7 B& h+ T% I- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
$ Q: s- B6 v! O- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. - o9 V+ @! A" A" P4 c7 p
- EDI accounts related work and others as required % O, w: [# K, m- |

II.        Logistic: 3 f. }# f+ h; a' Z0 a

& i; |  x) l& r- W- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
# J8 L1 u9 @1 q3 G' {  z- T- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
1 B0 @) s! ^9 I' n; m+ P, c- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
; }: }) G8 ~  ?* Q- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
6 o# r/ `' P. _8 a- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
5 w9 Z$ ]0 L/ F; p6 d- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
; X' @3 i& `, e7 G* t6 Z4 j1 {- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.  P  l8 \+ R& i- C" q+ D5 g% n% j
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.& V2 i0 q, Q7 P9 a
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
( ?* v# j+ V1 ^3 t( y4 ?- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
2 K( F' x* y3 Q: Q1 h- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems: b8 L- z9 m/ _
- Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own and in time manner
( P8 n& f2 ]0 m2 b' n- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required
6 Y8 w, k" n! Y) M+ B- m& Q- o- Work out Weekly Sales Report
! }# N0 I! b- `& |7 a- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts6 Z: W' ]4 X3 {9 n
- Update system with Shipping information at order level
+ V, k8 u2 q' o3 N" P8 s- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
' u! Z+ J% x) U2 F) U" r- Customer Service and other duties as required.* t, O1 p$ ]3 J& B- L% [. W: e
