p. w. C% o1 mAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

. c+ E6 T* n, Y3 c- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. 0 G f; A3 J0 m2 d0 t
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. - b# S8 B2 T; [
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
4 T+ G: V# |! @8 Y- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. ( q3 |) @- E, ^. G8 @+ k! \
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence. 3 I; ? J) ]2 B( Z$ v! Y; \
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). 4 S' V& f% C5 @! v& G
- Managing shift expense budgets.

Experience and Education Requirements: N8 _' `* B, u+ _5 c" I

- Previous supervisory experience 6 c0 l k' ^( c( R2 @
- Strong leadership skills

- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills ! W1 Q9 W7 @* b: n+ h+ \
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
