Hawaiian Chicken

•        1/4 cup (50 mL) Soy sauce
) q" ^! f' e2 c: _' |# L•        2 tbsp (25 mL) Liquid honey
2 |% F9 q1 y, L3 o  K8 Z•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger 9 y1 ~' `/ ]2 D+ n/ c# t5 u" b8 N; I8 y
•        1 Clove garlic, minced
, F0 g8 `7 j2 U9 A$ F, z) c; W) H. C•        Pinch pepper
% U, b' q& B$ D•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts' w; f5 v: ^) v- g
•        4 Pineapple slices

Preparation
6 e, h- W1 @* d( Z! w" U  v% z3 j# q; S- l  S* U/ T
In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.
