-打开和关闭商店

-装卸商品销售楼层分布

-设置地板和窗口显示

-及时、专业地解决客户投诉。

工作类型: 全职 (最少35小时)


Job Duties:

5 y1 |: u+ I3 B9 d. r6 x- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
# L( J4 P( M( j/ O. i
% H& b% l2 U+ E/ R0 ~" f- Organize and distribute staff schedules
- ]( S9 V+ n" |. O
- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures

- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

0 `, M' q" G) _- Set up floor and window displays

. A& m% q( m& q% B! ?  p% `/ y- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

2 X- |7 w; [# K- C6 o+ o- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork
# c: n9 c. }$ m# |7 E
/ h0 W% ^9 N( D- Must be able to multi-task
# {7 P% _  C: B; H1 A- d0 ~. @; P
- Prior experience is a plus+
- F2 }4 y" H; z6 p+ b$ Y1 e  
- Able to read Japanese is a plus
