1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

! H) A4 r( z2 }4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

) y2 Z, u7 N; m8 j% X6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

- A0 y3 `& l/ i7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

3. Order Checking according to guideline

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
2 X5 p, P2 p/ }4 R
; q; H! f/ X  W4 }& B5. Send orders to warehouse

$ G5 j/ j4 K5 M+ R+ u% I: D' |6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status

: r$ B" C$ t4 c2 P1 `$ q/ U8. Inventory Arrangement

4 X, R$ g5 R# b) e0 Q9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

  R! H, v" P. z1 [! Y; I10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
