You can go to Terwillegar Community Recreation Center in the evening during week days and will find some Chinese are playing on courts. And on Sat. 3-5 pm and on Sun. 12:30 - 3:00 pm, there will people playing as well. This Tuesday evening after 7:30 pm, you should find some are there.

You can go B-active badminton club, you will see different level and different kind of ppl there, some of them a Chinese. they open from 9am-10pm in the summer. if u go there at night, u will find someone play with you.

There are some people who already know each other playing there. They may be family members or friends. It is hard to join them.
