适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.7 k" S, ]0 O3 X/ k

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
% l1 |$ Y& ]; l2 packages yeast6 g6 S& O7 I+ T7 G& B
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk; X/ h: C' l" \4 X6 S
1 teaspoon salt( P7 P) |# a' i% |9 v
1/2 cup pineapple juice) x, o+ F0 G4 c9 O) @' Z
1/2 cup water
+ A/ D: x& z! F$ ?3 Q$ h1/3 cup shortening8 p; i6 y$ L% H8 [' U
1/4 cup honey
8 H' B7 \( i+ @; i$ ]' f2 eggs
+ G) Y$ o0 {* h( }1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

+ H: r. _" n: MIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
2 `5 O3 p+ h7 vsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
- `2 @: i! e1 Z2 O2 z0 \6 g, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;4 a- I$ N) f1 S3 l* f* F
shortening does not need to melt.)
$ q+ j! E4 f: A, m2 Z* p2 W2 LAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed, T# ?& z$ Z' q) W/ L4 W. x( k
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

/ J7 `3 h- K+ r3 \/ b# g7 i- din enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 5 R" n  }4 @9 ]

& Z: |4 Z8 G. g* o4 `4 F& Juntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
5 ]/ V0 K& m4 b" I" k. l1 tturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes' ?" T) j& d1 j) b
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).8 I! W" }; e" A& U" O2 C5 J  P

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
+ g: {1 o- F. L2 s! N6 h7 ~Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
