在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup honey

, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;$ s# S; k$ h# f4 l5 o$ j
shortening does not need to melt.)
5 |6 ^; u- }; K0 r7 B7 l! oAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
' r: R/ g* a- x+ buntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually # X- f. y3 _3 D# C! \

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 5 k4 c, C3 p/ Y9 Z7 x4 e4 x

& G2 B6 y9 y, N& ]8 j- p. RPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
