适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk. i& E  @. D2 U& t
1 teaspoon salt
5 l1 u5 C4 X' a( {- W; d1/2 cup pineapple juice7 I" B6 W* D0 U+ s; W# Z$ T2 u3 L1 E
1/2 cup water
( V/ C* ?2 I% k: b' J1/3 cup shortening
8 g8 z( z3 I8 V( V. k  E9 O4 p1/4 cup honey+ j' V( j( P! m4 I! `
2 eggs3 [/ l' [+ f5 X. g& U9 ^6 W% }
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

) |+ b! t2 U9 `! u6 x/ D# B: xIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
6 k- w+ K( {" r' `; o. |, csalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice# g& Z$ O& c$ L( B5 c% x
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;- F% E4 i9 z# R( n
shortening does not need to melt.)  s  D4 @" N: \" f/ K5 I
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed) l2 K1 A# b  u7 y
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 3 J( q: d+ P* q; f' [7 P2 u6 ^* D
stir
; a7 f1 i+ n4 r6 vin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
! Q8 r8 p. R: q7 usurface4 J1 c: ^9 U% J. H1 ~/ s
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
8 }9 c' X4 ?6 i" f, F9 Fturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
* B" Z$ ^( X' E. w(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.$ z! I7 N' _8 X) y' T/ q/ F) ^
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
% r! F, \& t0 z2 `9 n. r151 M/ q$ P- D+ g- D/ X" z
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly  L# D( r/ u4 ~& r  \; Z' E4 ^
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
) W; A$ t3 b" y; nfor5 i: L! X. @2 l: o
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
