适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.8 ?: A) g4 l- W' a# _

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
+ p6 [1 }. a( P0 G. ]" A+ e1 K0 d2 packages yeast
) w- |7 ~8 ]/ X6 X8 q1/3 cup nonfat dry milk% r2 D; a8 t% U, o) U3 X
1 teaspoon salt3 ^8 T. [/ V5 G  @* B
1/2 cup pineapple juice
( N. j. l0 R. s! @# P- z  s1/2 cup water
  y# z: J3 b2 K" y) U( E+ s0 Q2 \$ l# b! A1/3 cup shortening+ F4 w5 L* G& b( Y( V
1/4 cup honey
# Y% v9 J* \# y  m; M( z1 M2 eggs/ P% c# Z, h3 h/ o  Y( X
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired8 `6 b$ y9 T+ D! j: g: Y3 A3 r
2 g3 \7 o3 ^- L6 S$ i3 V& b
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and1 w5 Z* T4 _, ?5 n# S
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
8 H. {- N- v4 i, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
  _' e3 Y& n" j1 y( gshortening does not need to melt.)
7 _4 I" b7 l4 Q, R; Y* D5 `* dAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
; j- C" {! d7 [5 ountil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
* ~4 B# Y7 k# {stir
# f6 ?0 S9 C3 A/ [- O, c1 win enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

2 |$ _  p/ e7 j; Puntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
$ S. T7 Q3 L9 z5 s4 {+ G# _/ {turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes, n+ _' H- S, v
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast)./ B2 I2 Z: {& v( R* e5 s( Z

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.! ], X' N4 E8 ^3 Q
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place ! R6 J5 e, L6 j

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly/ n' s6 r: T; K. S
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 6 g( _) B$ ]" r, C; a7 |/ W/ U
for/ W/ d- x( U5 c
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
