在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

5 f* b2 o( K. B0 ?9 {0 z) s1 ~4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

4 S" ~& x. Q; A% Z9 h+ \1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
3 O/ g0 w j0 n2 }/ V. n1 teaspoon salt
0 ~3 u+ W2 _3 a' b6 X3 t1/2 cup pineapple juice
0 A2 B& m. T+ R3 \1/2 cup water/ L2 p; t8 J5 ~: g
1/3 cup shortening7 ?- U" O Y' w
1/4 cup honey

1 C$ Y: c$ g% Q1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

( M# P4 g9 K9 M3 K; u8 J# |In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and( m& \* z/ ? x; B6 ]( k
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
+ _; j4 t( i* J) _# R9 ^) h, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

1 k) q" R" P$ T. l* @, ^0 fAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed' R8 m$ f6 F" Q _. j
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
0 {1 T0 o+ Q* eturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf., }7 d9 X- x4 y! S: P
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 5 p; ~5 n0 u- V2 t6 y/ |% D8 m

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly( a( H: y" g8 g$ y6 l5 U
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
