适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.: n4 c  T$ b1 o  u* F9 w0 n9 R! p, @

Honey Bread

1 M( y2 m& G7 t% \* j& r4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR' F* N5 f( h7 e, n: |  a4 y1 H
2 packages yeast
8 `0 p3 L4 r6 F" \) x/ `; X$ @1/3 cup nonfat dry milk+ ]; r$ o8 G/ z& q& H; C* t: C
1 teaspoon salt( x( h* e: _6 ]; ~/ y6 N; Z
1/2 cup pineapple juice8 u* j4 L' e6 k) E( H) v( ?: K
1/2 cup water
0 K, B; u# N3 c, D1/3 cup shortening8 n7 M0 K, f# K7 [8 l$ p6 j( E* L
1/4 cup honey- z2 e0 e8 h! c+ U# o# B, N" W5 r
2 eggs
* t+ O' P) ^5 l- b1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired0 D% ]! d' H  P$ n7 e# e- y

  n; G5 C4 ^8 F, k; uIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
" m( M8 L  W$ ~7 {. Q( K) q* dsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice  F: r9 |; h: L$ V
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

1 i( _. X! h5 IAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
% X% i% `+ P5 S5 ^0 huntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ) m! N8 f2 a" B" s
stir
6 l' I& E2 ]6 J+ l; j# Win enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

+ j: @" m  U& O* e  ~8 ^, luntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,3 H2 [9 K* y* T2 p' Q, `7 q. E
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes" I- S% n8 \7 }
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.- B- R9 D" u0 a% H5 p- o
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place ( @2 z* Z& \! ]. x& L# z  G

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree ( N3 _: D  Y% q5 F* i8 I
for
1 {1 H6 q3 [/ p/ m2 r35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
