适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.8 q( j& }& [6 a

: x# r& c8 P0 \1 [4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR1 |4 Q; i! J4 J: {6 O) o2 L
2 packages yeast1 R0 U" O5 e1 I: S
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk& M) f3 r! |9 K4 F! w% @
1 teaspoon salt1 i- ?1 u+ m! z1 Q
1/2 cup pineapple juice5 H# j8 _1 N4 y1 S& A0 c
1/2 cup water. k% f; l  ]8 L0 I$ p1 Z* l
1/3 cup shortening) @7 D# j8 u, U
1/4 cup honey: l+ U0 c8 d5 \- m+ G" s
2 eggs1 V/ a. j  U0 m
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

5 k1 X) b0 }: k% u4 f  j0 \* eIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and( S: [% N7 K6 ~1 J6 I1 O: f: `' {# N
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
: j2 a2 H: y( O8 x2 p4 S9 B, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

# k" ~# N- M! JAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
1 o+ X% A. c# }" ?" {until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ' O( W* }; T0 F, i8 V1 R

8 h5 y4 K, ^7 v+ m7 t; h' \in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

- g0 X# w  }! f5 ^0 @! runtil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
. {; u7 K4 F! Y" \. {. e: pturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

# D; N- h8 q0 O" yPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.0 m7 V0 N7 \3 i6 [3 z: ?, B  b5 [
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 9 i% T' ^3 Q9 R- r7 V$ N6 \

8 s4 B7 E$ f8 [beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 9 t* d" Z( p; w& }# `/ B5 y$ H

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
