在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread

1 z( O/ j" y) z9 V3 H4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR' c' H# B( J) j, ^* q6 Q
2 packages yeast( g3 I% v6 j8 }4 A D
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk8 ]% F5 d- \! q2 j! R/ s
1 teaspoon salt
3 k6 r) ^; h# v9 Q1 k( I1/2 cup pineapple juice
+ {- r& d7 {( w' W: p7 W$ l: l1/2 cup water0 ?5 P5 }! L h, y3 b9 J
1/3 cup shortening* m+ ^3 |" x+ G3 \. a
1/4 cup honey3 w7 Y: R( I" p5 t {# v" y
2 eggs
; D0 t4 Q) t0 Q0 k* f1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

* J6 X6 U" l# o- M. S+ }* P$ BIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
" {' K8 k# }8 O0 G3 L V) Z8 ^9 Huntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 7 |8 {% B1 u d$ @/ o

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 1 O& H1 K* ~4 \# t
surface6 l$ k" J% ]6 B: o6 w. A: j
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.) |; u5 g4 f1 n
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place & L" q; I- b% X
