In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
. V2 R7 m, F) m! y6 d& G# b% BEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

! l7 |: F4 {$ c! m( z% s/ JA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
# X  h' [" Q' T" _* ~* o) R% K• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
) t* r2 W; m+ u9 `5 {Experience:

4 p1 `8 y1 f" x1 t; EDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
# y' x6 t/ M- f  D' j" A6 IPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
8 a& N! l; c1 N9 e0 tSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

1 J2 b+ C" [" u. M$ H$ z( V0 W0 T8 n; w, mCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
