In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
& [; p. _4 ^, ~' R3 hAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
3 D/ y# P3 B+ ]7 CBe accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
$ J" y% X' C* F# \
6 c# X: c+ G8 ?+ y. L4 tA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

; |& N5 }) H; l: z- s1 eDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
" `- I* b. B7 t9 [* yPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
2 H; D- H0 f: E9 NSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

. h; j, g: Q3 U0 mCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

* D& e! [* Z! E, {: aCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
3 M# W- @9 o  l* F" XMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
