The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.# c, q+ F3 u/ }

- D( Q& R' N$ b" r0 S2 ?( OMust be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset.
