The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.! v) Y$ A) {. g# W$ L* l" ]. x

7 e8 k7 z" I( i9 S/ x: K: R$ kMust be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset.
