Requirements:

1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

. o  I  }* ~  D9 s4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

/ P7 z, b. q% I3 h7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

Job Duties:

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

2. Order Acknowledge by email

3. Order Checking according to guideline

5 \( J: q0 B4 `; n- Q% ]6 Y$ W) d4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
6 k5 T& C6 T  g2 ]6 ^7 n9 x/ g
5. Send orders to warehouse

6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status
