[A Letter (FEb.11)from the president of ECBEA to all the 12 schools]

WOW what a great time last night, we heard nothing but rave reviews from
# a1 s" T/ x ceveryone leaving the restaurant last night, on how everything was so
; [; x4 h; X# |" n$ O2 p# [/ I; Worganized & planned out so well and how all the volunteers efforts really ) \; L2 G8 P! s7 R7 G" i
shine thru to provide all the attendees with a pleasurable evening.
' z$ |) R/ G- z9 H Q6 G& K6 K2 ]2 x# i( {
The volunteers students did a tremendous job of setting up the restaurant; }* b1 l7 n# @+ Q0 y, {9 Z+ `
decorating; hosting; pinning corsages to our VIP; selling raffle tickets;
/ `2 e! m- k( L( w2 L) [! U0 bselling the C. Book and did a great job selling the silent auction items.4 Z/ j) Y+ [1 z! r- e% w8 D+ }
' o8 p: P" q) c) sOur student MC's did a great job of moving the evening along and none of8 \& G5 x" n U/ A
them appear nervous at all!!

The Lt. Governor, Premier and Mayor all were amazed at how all the
% N2 o/ d9 M$ d( t5 H* D: ]0 r" avolunteers & performers from all the schools came together to put on this0 h2 _5 i9 Y! N
remarkable and unforgettable event.

Hats off to all of the volunteers on doing such a super job.* N) \/ E" C6 |. s

You can all be proud of this accomplishment and your part in making the 25th
