SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
* a2 ~* e$ `( D, q8 d3 W( n8 }0 T   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
# ?5 N5 g+ t. y- C4 k: t   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
/ N8 Z- E: V- E+ z2 k1 b   o Linux based operating systems
7 P% _" }9 ]- p# ^/ g) C   o Sun Solaris operating systems
' n( t! u8 T; \4 H3 l   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
) D: |) n# l. r1 C" v' M& l( M) z• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
5 @2 f" P5 t2 U1 B• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
9 C4 z6 T6 h3 R  v9 Eplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

9 W3 L9 X' g6 g8 [* x6 Z: k7 qSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

1 d$ Z( j  b, h9 I' I: g• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
6 M0 f4 e4 C& f3 q5 x& I% E) P• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
0 x. r1 [1 N4 f& L! r! p' W- ^• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
