' P: y. D$ Y" F; I• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003

# p6 j5 T0 v3 b9 A) _   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
1 X0 J- o' n3 w   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
. I/ t+ h+ O" p6 H" w) Q3 P- G1 @/ i• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
# }$ }! W: k! P$ Z. G• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

7 p3 {  S2 j2 C6 E0 DSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
( V, e8 M( u( m• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
& H. j+ ?* r3 l; ~3 Q& ]. j$ h   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
- l8 }# A) v! h( C   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
) u; z( z! _9 E' T' s4 I) x6 O; H   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
; K/ [6 I, ~4 e/ O' [& M• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
' g# t0 f) M. f* \5 e% @• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
$ T9 E8 [! k! e9 p+ W- _# R* w# ~) _• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
2 U* c2 X% e' w& T- m• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
