RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:% i" {6 x5 f: f# d a4 O6 ]7 \
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to: z6 c* E- K/ ^2 e1 D' S
o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 20033 y3 K- ?4 t; o: t ^( e* ^
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o Microsoft Operations Manager& I0 M; R0 F! j
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions

o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience. ^" C* J- e) ?+ b+ J$ U
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
; l' M+ W) ~' G• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
$ A6 I* w* {# q• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
( T: I& [- s3 C( g- Z8 }2 R2 J! O* Wplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
: \- M" J4 w! ]$ D+ bSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• Certification should include some or all of the following:

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
' V7 o$ { U- R% Q# U• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
- H, A8 }2 k5 Z6 U* y" p% `• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
