o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003" r3 r( l! U, @0 p9 d4 q
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
) H4 ^ Z" M4 i( [8 v2 }& [ o Microsoft Operations Manager
# r+ M$ t$ O4 L a/ D o VMWare Virtual Server solutions N6 N* b8 i! Z8 M
o Linux based operating systems$ b4 H1 J7 w4 g0 X+ \
o Sun Solaris operating systems
8 T/ x. B$ c5 y ~4 h* ^ o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
. J6 q) W2 {. y• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.; \4 v g3 M# w0 ~+ [5 F" }( F" G
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls0 X+ u) W. i" t6 u0 a" U) ?
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
. v! E& t f* H9 P. h9 H0 f, Cplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft0 i: _2 c9 J) u9 S0 c9 q: X
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.# P& M1 T, c+ \
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
8 k2 h, I/ F: j4 J- E1 X$ Q, t" f• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.0 s* R# N4 w1 E. w: j4 u
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005! b5 G' E) J6 P. q, p! ^
• Have 4+ years of network design experience, z* \& t7 y1 ~/ d
• Have led medium to large sized projects
