  m- m) N4 J6 Q1 T' }SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
1 S, c! q, h$ y* E3 y: X5 n   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
- Z$ O3 B; a, n2 p/ ]8 }   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
2 L0 Z' F! \, S- }7 ~4 G   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
+ h+ E# ]; Q. V4 r+ j   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
0 m/ q: S& E1 l* ~   o Sun Solaris operating systems
, q; [; d* e: ~$ k  W" y3 n2 o, v   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

/ O" F6 s- e8 d) `; W* F• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
5 ^$ y. \9 y- E! g/ {4 `platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
: h. {) Y: d- k; @SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
: }9 O/ w! X/ H# ]7 i' s7 d7 {   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
; n% R1 B- B# S4 p/ @% g   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
% q0 y# y9 L) l$ u7 s   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
) b1 T" e) I+ N3 V   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
8 k- i3 b' ?! z5 X' I; S) F6 t; ^$ P   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
- H% M' ?0 L% v3 G- W# Z• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
