Right, it might save $850.00, yet such lawyer will stand against you if you have disputes with builder and case is on the court.

道理上是这样，但买新房子的人自己再请律师的不多，一般就是用builder的律师，除非房子construction中与builder有比较多的分歧

非常建议找自己的律师。因为只有自己的律师才会帮你申请hold back，比如你possession 那天，房子还有些小工程没完成，例如正门口的楼梯，自己的律师会帮你申请hold back, 就是说如果builder 不完成你就可以从他们那里扣钱。。。

所以，看来找个熟悉这个的好律师很重要
