The woman's new lawyer, Robbie Davidson, said he couldn't go ahead without receiving more information from the Crown.

3 q! O/ i4 ~2 f0 l: ^Davidson said outside court it is not unusual for information such as autopsy results to be delayed, especially in what he called "a complex case."( A8 [* h* Y* X3 Q' Z

Davidson also told court he'll be seeking bail for his client.

The foster mother was charged with second-degree murder last week after a three-year-old boy she was caring for died of brain trauma.& E. m2 w; k3 J1 J v& S$ \6 i
